Effective November 2, 2026. These Terms govern your use of ikonic303.dev and our text message program, both operated by Unicorn Ventures LLC, doing business as ikonic Development (also known as ikonic303). By using the site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide software engineering, automation, CRM, marketing, and related consulting services to businesses. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. Site content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Calculators and worksheets on the site produce estimates from the inputs you enter; they are not quotes.
3. Intellectual property
The site’s content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Text message (SMS) terms
- Program: ikonic Development text messages.
- What you will receive: if you check the text-message consent box on one of our forms, we will text you replies to your inquiry, call scheduling and appointment reminders, and project updates. If a form offers a separate marketing consent box and you check it, you may also receive occasional marketing messages, such as new guides, service updates, and offers.
- How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking a consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email solutions@ikonic303.dev.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy. We may change or end the text message program at any time.
5. Third-party services
The site embeds forms, a chat widget, and booking pages hosted by our CRM platform, and uses analytics and advertising tools described in our Privacy Policy. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our text messages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
