Effective November 2, 2026. ikonic303 (ikonic Development) is a trade name of Unicorn Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ikonic303.dev, fill out one of our forms, email us, or receive text messages from us, and how we use and protect it.
1. Who we are
ikonic Development, also known as ikonic303, is a trade name of Unicorn Ventures LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers ikonic303.dev, our forms and booking pages hosted at go.ikonic303.dev and links.ikonic303.dev, and the emails and text messages we send.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, job title, company size, and anything you include in a form, booking request, chat message, email, or text message.
Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and actions such as clicking an email link or submitting a form. This is collected with cookies and similar tools, described in section 6.
3. How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and schedule calls
- To deliver, manage, and support client projects
- To send appointment reminders, project updates, and other service messages
- To send marketing messages, but only where you have agreed to receive them
- To understand how the site is used, improve it, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations
4. Text messages (SMS)
We only text you if you give us your mobile number and check a text-message consent box on one of our forms. With that consent we may text you about your inquiry, call scheduling, appointment reminders, and your project. If a form offers a separate marketing consent box and you check it, we may also send occasional marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full messaging terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, forms, chat, and messaging platform, email, website hosting, scheduling, and payment processing providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
- With a successor if our business is merged, acquired, or sold.
All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Analytics, cookies, and third-party tools
ikonic303.dev uses cookies and similar tools. These are the third-party tools the site loads:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures which pages are viewed and actions such as clicking an email link or submitting a form, so we can see how the site is used. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta) — records page views and contact actions so we can measure our advertising. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts (Google) — serves the site’s typefaces; Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.
- Our CRM platform’s chat widget, forms, and booking pages — when you use them, what you type is sent to our CRM so we can reply.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and change your ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without cookies.
7. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Your information: email solutions@ikonic303.dev to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may keep some records where the law requires it.
- Cookies: block or clear them in your browser settings.
9. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
